To accomplish this, we assign an industry expert to manage the activities surrounding the development, prototyping and the release of your product into production. Galgon Program Managers have excelled in their field and are required to have an extensive education and background in a technical discipline.

Galgon has also developed an accurate system of coordinating between the customer, engineering, NPI, and manufacturing. By monitoring and tracking these activities, we can produce your product with the least amount of time and cost.

Galgon Program Management activities take effect from the start at the initial project and continue throughout the formal manufacturing release.
