Galgon Industries has a separate prototype facility that is dedicated to product development activities. This focus allows us to minimize product development costs and product development time.

Galgon Industries stays abreast of the latest technologies surrounding product development and manufacturing software. Galgon programmers work extensively with software packages such as ProEngineer, SolidDesigner, and Cadkey. Working with the native files from these packages allows Galgon engineers to translate your designs into functional prototypes accurately and in the least amount of time. Galgon can deal with all industry standard file formats, including 2D/3D IGES, STEP, DXF, DWG, etc.

Galgon provides a seamless integration between the prototype and production manufacturing organizations. This integration allows Galgon to transfer your product from prototype to production quickly and efficiently, helping you meet your cost targets and timelines.

Sheetmetal Design

It is critical for sheetmetal prototypes to match the database and be built exactly as designed. Galgon's experience with sheetmetal design and fabrication will insure your parts meet all requirements of fit form and function giving designers confidence that the prototypes are reflecting the original design.

Our CNC laser machine, turret press, and press brakes enable us to make precision sheetmetal prototypes and short run precision sheetmetal parts quickly and accurately. In addition, Galgon's prototype facility has the ability to produce short run precision tooling.
