Supply Chain Management

We can either directly deal with your approved vendor lists or share our approved vendors with you. We leverage our supply chain experience and your design expertise, to establish the most cost effective solution for your product.

Final Product Assembly

Galgon's flexible manufacturing space is configured uniquely to match the required manufacturing program for each customer. Supply philosophy is tailored to your requirements be it, build to order, Kanban, ship to stock and or, configure to order.

With a fully managed assembly program, and working to your forecast, we can pre-build and test sub-component assemblies and postpone final integration until such time as you receive a customer order. This allows Galgon to ship final product assembly units direct to your customers in the shortest possible time.

Outbound Logistics

Galgon can provide storage facilities for your finished product and then ship directly to your end-customer or your hub, wherever you choose. We have a vast experience in managing international shipments, warehouse logistics, off-peak hour and quarter-end deliveries. Clear communication ensures that both you and your customer are fully informed at all stages.

Service Logistics
